Narrative:
Art Gallery is to be for a diverse Multicultural art dealer, wanting the ability to display a range of artwork and pieces. To bring together the cultural diversity of Newtown, mixing urban neighbourhoods with a commercial and vibrant part of Sydney City.
The Gallery is to be environmentally sustainable through natural light and ventilation.
